I bought a droid for my son and he broke the glass cover. I have their insurance which they love to charge me monthly. But when my son went back for what we thought would be an instant replacement, all he got was a runaround and finally someone gave him a number to call.
It's going to take many days to complete this transaction. They bragged about their replacements being instant. They are Liars. Go somewhere else to get your phone.
